BYH Burgers is inspired by Drew Sprouse and John Gorham’s home states of North and South Carolina, featuring classic Americana cheeseburgers and fries with flavors to take you back to your childhood. The bar program curated by Jamal Hassan is a throwback to 90’s-style cocktails and house made sodas that will elicit memories of underage drinking days.

KIM JONG SMOKEHOUSE is a collaboration of three Portland, Oregon chefs who decided to create a menu of Korean-style street food using Southern-style BBQ smoking techniques. Our menu focuses exclusively on two Korean street food classics: steamed buns and bibimbap (bowls of scorched rice, sweet potato noodles and seasoned vegetables). Orders of bibimbap come with one of our smoked-in-house specialties (galbi short ribs, salmon, pork, chicken or mushrooms) and are served your choice of our four house-made sauces. A variety of sodas and a rotation of seasonal draft beers round out the menu.

KURE was founded in 2011 by Nate Higgins and Nick Armour, two friends sharing a passion for pushing limits and having a tremendous amount of fun doing it. KURE was built with the express intent to offer balance not only across their menu and within its offerings, but also beyond the physical store locations and into the lives of their customers. Their menu includes organic juices, smoothies, tonic shots, hot beverages, oatmeal, and açai bowls.

Offering dishes from a classic bratwurst to a German pretzel, Olympia Provisions Public House Annex can be enjoyed to stay or to go.

Inspired by Pollo Rico in Barcelona, the San Miguel Mercado in Madrid and chicken al carbon from chef Josh Scofield’s extensive travels throughout Mexico, Pollo Bravo is a tapas bar and a fast casual concept offering Spanish-style rotisserie chicken to-go by chef Josh Scofield.

At Checkerboard Pizza, owner, baker and James Beard Award-winner Ken Forkish offers a lineup of 18” round pies, available by the slice or as whole pies, to stay or to go, in a style that marries New York and Italian pizza styles. We also sell pastries and breads from our sister bakery Trifecta Tavern + Bakery on SE 6th Ave., right across the river. Breads and pastries are delivered via bicycle courier daily.
